Phase One: Conceptual design based on analysis of data. Data taken from survey done on UM graduate’s employers (architectural firms) and graduates themselves (both Part 1 & 2) Obtain faculty’s objectives (ie limitations imposed)
Phase Two: Proposal with a conceptual framework. Go through it with the Advisory Panel.
Phase Three: Proposal with a more concrete framework (ie structural framework). Go through it with the Advisory Panel.
Phase Four (Final Phase): Work out the details. Write up the final proposal. Send it off.
